✦ Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only for items that are:

Damaged, defective, or not as described

• Reported within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in original condition.

  2.  Include your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
  3.  Our team will respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

 

✦ Non-Refundable Items

• Sale/discounted items

• Orders with incorrect address or customer error

• Change-of-mind after order confirmation

 

✦ Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot make changes.

 

✦ Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
